[1.1] Please remember that our Community Rules are in full effect on this server.
[1.2] Taking advantage of any bugs or glitches will result in a kick or ban.
[1.3] No trolling or being a nuisance to other players such as knocking a player out over and over, standing in front of another player's vehicle to block them, or intentionally running in front of a moving vehicle so that they run you over.
[1.4] Do not confuse Laws and Rules. Laws that are broken are punishable by jail time while Rules are punishable at an administrator's discretion.
[1.5] Laws could conflict with rules and should be brought to an administrator's attention. For example: "All weapons are illegal, Anyone seen with a weapon should be shot".
[1.6] Civilians are not allowed to enter the UN (cop) base.
[1.7] Peacekeepers are not allowed to enter Terror Hideout.
[1.8] You are not allowed to rob or kill Civilians in the white civilian spawn area marker UNLESS you initiate the robbery outside the area and they run in.
[1.9] Do not spam sidechat or global chat. Doing so will result in administrative action.
[1.10.1] We define spamming as excessively posting, talking, or otherwise disturbing the peace.
[2.1] You are NOT allowed to return to the scene of your death for at least 5 minutes after you respawn.
[2.2] As a civilian, you will only become unwanted if killed by a Peacekeeper (cop) or arrested.
[2.3] Peacekeepers are allowed to arrest you as you run out of civ spawn "White Area Marker" but must wait until you are out of the civ spawn before they can attempt to apprehend you.
[3.1] Killing other players (both civilian or UN) for no reason is considered Random Death Matching (RDM).
[3.2] No RDMing, if you kill another player, there must be a valid RP reason behind it.
[3.3] You are allowed to run over other players but you must have a valid RP reason behind it or it is considered RDM.
[3.4] When robbing another player, make sure you give clear warning for them to stop in time to obey your commands before killing them. Do not just say "You running down the road, stop" and then kill them seconds later.
[3.5] When you can kill another player as a Civilian:
[3.5.1] The player you are killing is in an enemy gang, is visibly armed, and you are in a gang.
[3.5.2] The player you are killing is in a gang area and you are in a gang.
[3.5.3] The player you are killing has killed or robbed one of your fellow gang members [they must be in your gang, no affiliations].
[3.5.4] The player you are killing is not listening to your valid demands such as "stop running" so you can rob them. Remember to allow adequate time for them to comply before killing them.
[3.5.5] The player you are killing is in a helicopter and are not obeying your commands to "leave the area" or "land".
[3.5.6] The player you are killing is trying to rob you or is shooting at you.
[3.5.7] The player you are killing is a Peacekeeper (cop) and actively pursuing you.
[3.5.8] The player you are killing is a Peacekeeper (cop) and they are trying to search you while you have illegal items on you.
[3.6] When you can kill another player as a Peacekeeper (cop):
[3.6.1] The player you are killing is wanted for murder or any other crime involving killing someone.
[3.6.2] The player you are killing is wanted and has a visible weapon in hand.
[3.6.3] The player you are killing is in a helicopter and are not obeying your commands to "leave the area" or "land".
[3.6.4] The player you are killing has an illegal weapon (automatic weapons, explosives / launchers, UN weapons).
[3.6.5] The player you are killing is in a vehicle that has a mounted weapon.
[3.6.6] The player you are killing is visibly armed in or immediately around the bank.
[3.6.7] The player you are killing has a weapon in hand at a gas station.
[3.6.8] The player you are killing is trying to rob or stun you.
[3.6.9] The player you are killing is actively shooting at another player. Ensure they are actually engaging someone and not hunting or testing out a weapon.
[4.1] You are not allowed to return to the scene of your death for at least 5 minutes after you respawn.
[5.1] Peacekeepers are NOT allowed to be corrupt, this includes giving or selling UN equipment/gear to Civs or the mayor.
[5.2] You are not allowed to return to the scene of your death or the last crime you were involved in for 5 minutes after you respawn.
[5.3] Peacekeepers must follow the orders given by the UN Commander.
[5.4] The UN Commander has the power to fire any officer that fails to follow their orders.
[5.5] If a Peacekeeper that was fired fails to leave or go Civ, or if the UN Commanders orders seem unreasonable then an Admin should be contacted.
[5.6] Peacekeepers are NOT allowed to use civilian weapons and gear. Peacekeepers are only allowed to use the equipment that is available to them at UN Base. However Peacekeepers are allowed to use civilian vehicles.
[5.7] Peacekeepers are ONLY allowed to random search a Civ if the Civ is seen in or leaving a gang area, terror area or they Civ were stopped at a roadblock/checkpoint. Civs can also be random searched if they are seen in or leaving a drug field or drug dealer.
[5.8] Peacekeepers are allowed to "Camp" all areas on the map whether it's to catch someone or to deter illegal activity.
[5.9] Peacekeepers are allowed to "Camp" Civ spawn and arrest wanted civilians as they run out, But remember that inside Civ spawn "White Area Marker" is safe from crime and being arrested so Peacekeepers need to wait for the Civ to run out.
[6.1] The player is not automatically pardoned after paying a ticket so in some cases the player should be pardoned after paying a ticket. For example if they are caught with $30,000 or less of illegal items/gear and pay the ticket.
- Speeding: $2,000 Ticket or 2 minutes if ticket can't be paid
- Operating vehicle without proper license: $2,000 Ticket and vehicle impounded or 2 minutes if ticket can't be paid and vehicle impounded

[7.1] The mayor can commit crimes including breaking their own laws but is not immune and faces the same punishment as any other Civ.
[7.2] Laws could conflict with rules and should be brought to an Admin's attention. For example: "All weapons are illegal, Anyone seen with a weapon should be shot."
[7.2.1] If you are the mayor and unsure about the legitimacy of your potential law, speak to an administrator.
[7.3] The mayor can only make drugs legal to buy, posses, and consume. The mayor is not permitted to make drugs legal to cultivate.
[7.4] Illegal workers/slaves can NEVER be made legal.
[8.1] By default all gangs are at war.
[8.2] You are allowed to kill any enemy gang members on sight ONLY if they are visibly armed.
[8.3] As long as you are in a gang you are allowed to kill any one you see in a Gang Area whether you own the Gang Area or not.
[9.1] Terrorism is not an excuse to kill every player in sight.
[9.1.1] Terrorism is a coordinated bombing or an attack on a specific target or location.
[9.1.2] When in doubt, speak to an Administrator first.
